All our apartments are approximately 55 m² and include a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, WC and shower. The apartments are designed for two adults and children. Kastanjegården is primarily a family-friendly accommodation, and therefore two of our apartments, Apartment 1 and Apartment 2, have two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a smaller bedroom intended for children. High chairs, changing tables, etc. are available free of charge upon request. Apartment 3 has a large bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping alcove suitable for two older children. A cot is also available.

Book an apartment
If you are interested in booking, please fill in the contact form or send us an email. Once you decide to book, a deposit of 15% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due well before arrival. For nightly rentals, the remaining balance is due 5 days before arrival; for weekly rentals, no later than one month before arrival. Once the deposit has been paid, we will confirm your booking.
Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: no later than 12:00
PLEASE NOTE: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in the courtyard.
Weekly rentals
Between weeks 27–32, apartments are rented on a weekly basis, with Saturday as the arrival and departure day.
Guests bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the apartment themselves. Alternatively, bed linen, towels and/or final cleaning can be purchased.
The apartments cost SEK 12,000 per week.
Nightly rentals
Outside weeks 27–32, the apartments are rented on a nightly basis.
The price per night is SEK 1,700 for one or two persons.
Cots, high chairs and changing tables are available.
Breakfast and/or bed linen can be added for an additional fee.

Nightly rentals – cancellation terms
You pay a deposit of 15% of the total rental amount to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before arrival. If you cancel within 5 days of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be retained. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, 75% of the total amount will be retained.
If we are able to re-let the apartment, you will only lose the deposit.
In cases of cancellation due to serious illness, death or similar circumstances, and upon presentation of valid documentation, only the deposit will be retained.
The deposit can always be used for a new booking during the same calendar year.
Weekly rentals – cancellation terms
You pay a deposit of 15% of the total rental amount to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. If you cancel six months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be retained. If you cancel within 15 days of arrival, 75% of the total amount will be retained.
If we are able to re-let the apartment, you will only lose the deposit.
In cases of cancellation due to serious illness, death or similar circumstances, and upon presentation of valid documentation, only the deposit will be retained.
The deposit can always be used for a new booking during the same calendar year.
